Group picture @ Summer PalaceWe went to bed @ 11:30 PM & we're ready for the day @ 5 AM. They changed the touring up on our schedule so today we went to The Summer Palace, jade & cloisonne factories followed by lunch. We then headed to The Great Wall.
Here /are just a few pictures @ the Summer Palace (as again, I'm in a fellow travelers room & don't want to wear out my welcome)
I will make some longer posts and add of pics & some great videos of the Summer Palace & Great Wall sometime on Sunday.

Yeah!! I was SO hoping to wake up this morning to an update, and here it is! So great to see you guys IN China and having a great time!! Enjoy! Can't wait to hear more.
We were soo glad to see your pictures this morning. I checked yesterday. . .we have been in great anticipation of seeing you two in front of "something" in China!! LOL Glad that you are getting to do some wonderful sightseeing. . .savor and take it all in!! Love the pics. . .keep them coming. . .can't wait to see you at the wall!! You look good at the airport. . .hopefully you got some needed sleep on the plane!! We are making some yummy pear jam tomorrow and will be thinking of you guys as you get soooo close to seeing Liliah for the first time. . .How exciting!! There really are no words!! Really glad to see your smiling faces from China. I like your headband Sharon (yours too Darryl). I'm enjoying your comments and the neat pics. It's a lovely day today in LM...warm and windy. I'm nursing a sore right hand (esp. my ring finger)as I hit a patch of muddy ground golfing Thurs...iced it for a couple days. See you soon on the "Great Wall."

It's soo good to know you are in China and so close to gotcha day! God is soo great to make dreams come true! I have great anticipation for the big day(I'm sure you do too)
Richard & I are in Virginia. My Dad is doing great! He's at home and moving all around. They will start chemo & radiation around the 21st. We'll keep believing! It's sooo great to see my sister, and brothers and their families!
Kasey & Savannah are doing great, hanging out with Grandma & Grandpa.
Looking forward to seeing more posts when you can. Miss you guys, love ya The Spencer's
